Happy New Year, friends!
I’ve been reflecting on this past year, what I’m proud of, what was hard, what I want to carry forward in 2023, and what I want to let go of. It has been a pivotal year for me, and I’m ready for a fresh start.
As I move into this next year, the word that keeps finding its way to me is THRIVE. I want to thrive emotionally. Physically. Mentally. Spiritually. I want to be more conscious of my intentions, the rhythms that support my daily life, and how I do or don’t set myself up for a thriving life.
There is something in here about vitality, too. And life-force.
I have started to see a therapist this week for the first time in many years. I’m ready and curious for the journey of all that wants to be revealed. And I’m thrilled to have some added support for the mid-life path.
My hope for myself in 2023, and all of you, too, is that we stay curious, explore the wilderness within, and discover deep wells of beauty, strength, and peace.
